Here's a set to help your athletes sustain that killer kick you are looking for at the end of the race. We performed it 6x at 5:30 per round:

3 x 50 at P200
#1 @ :50
#2 @ :40
#3 @ :30 (:35 if going anything other than free)

1 x 75 all out kick w/ board

1 x 125 easy swim with perfect technique
