Kick Set #4,149

This kick set helped us get some aerobic descending kick accomplished and also allowed us to work on our underwater kicking on the 8 x 25 set.  The cumulative fatigue from the kick set and the shifting interval on the 25s made it progressively more challenging.


  1. I dont understand time in each set. In first 4 min 4x45 + 2x35 + 2x25 is 5 min + 30 s. rest is 5:30

    1. Sorry it is confusing. The :45, :35 and :25 are intervals for the 8 x 25s which are separate from the 4:00.

      We kicked for 4:00 and took :30 rest, then did 8 x 25 on the varying interval as indicated.
