Breaststroke for All!

This was a good SCM set for our whole group to do.  As with most groups, we have a wide variety of breaststroke abilities and speeds.  This set allowed us to keep them all together.  Swimmers simply substitute a 25 of free for breast at the end of the 150 if they missed the previous interval.
